We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sonapods purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.
